Email Support

Signing in

SOURCE! doesn't use passwords. Enter your email on the You tab and we'll send a one-time sign-in link — click it and you're in. If it doesn't show up within a couple minutes, check your spam folder first; if it's still missing, email us and we'll take a look.

Sign-in only works fully in your regular mobile browser tab today. If you've added SOURCE! to your home screen and the magic-link email opens Safari/Chrome instead of the installed app itself, that's a known platform limitation, not a bug on our end — sign in from a regular browser tab and it'll stick.

What's an RSS Pack?

An RSS Pack is a named collection of sources you follow together — pick one to get started fast, or build your own around a topic, a place, or just the sources you personally trust. "Headlines: Best in the World" is the flagship RSS Pack everyone starts with, and any RSS Pack can be shared with anyone as a real, subscribable RSS feed.

Adding your own RSS feed

On the Sources tab, use "Add a Feed" to paste any RSS URL directly — it starts showing up in your reading list right away, no RSS Pack required. You can fold it into an RSS Pack later if you want to share it, or just leave it in your own feed.

Saving an article

Tap the star/Save button on any card or in the reader pane to add it to "My Saves" on the You tab. Saves are private by default — you can make your whole list public and share a link, or subscribe to it as RSS, from that same tab.

Managing or deleting your account

The You tab has everything: your custom sources, your RSS Packs, your saved articles, and a "Delete my account" option that permanently removes all of it. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what's stored and how deletion works.

Something's broken — a feed, an RSS Pack, the app itself

The most common cause of a "broken" feed is the outlet's own website changing something on their end — we do our best to keep up, but a source can occasionally go stale. If something looks wrong (an RSS Pack won't load, a feed stopped updating, the app crashed), email us with:

Feedback and feature requests

SOURCE! is small and actively built — if there's something you wish it did, tell us. We read every email and a lot of what's in the app started as a reader suggestion.
